Mexico is the world leader in asparagus exports, its sales reach the three main importing countries in the world: the United States, Germany and Canada.

Mexican agriculture is the third with the largest area dedicated to asparagus cultivation and the Mexican climate is highly conducive to the production and development of asparagus. In Mexico only green type asparagus is produced.

Asparagus is ideal for incorporating into our healthy diets, as it is made up of 90% water and has a minimum amount of calories.

They have a large amount of vitamins, especially B1, B2, B6, C and E, and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and potassium.

They have diuretic properties due to their high potassium content, which favors blood cleansing and are ideal for liver care, since they contain phenols and flavonoids that stimulate the action of liver enzymes.
